Under this function, our Customer Service will acquire these competencies:

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • ICSA / MAICSA graduates or currently pursuing ICSA / MAICSA course.
  • Well versed in Companies Act, 2016 and other related regulations.
  • Good writing skills and meticulous.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications and payroll management systems is a must.
  • Good interpersonal, organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Proactive and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantages) speaker is encouraged to apply to deal with client/portfolio.
  • Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Work remotely: No
  • Working hours: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
