Customer Relationship Executive

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  1. Handle all the procedure of customer relation. E.g. online enquiry, follow up client database & client needs.
  2. Responsible in customer service daily operation routine.
  3. Manage Hubspot and Pro B system.
  4. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  5. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  6. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  7. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM /Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support
