JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide advice on compliance requirements;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action;
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers;
  • Dealing with correspondence, collating information for resolution purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least ICSA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial.
  • Possess part corpoarate secretarial qualifications. Other graduates with prior experience in a company secretarial firm.
  • At least 1 year experience in listed company & familiar with Bursa listing & securities commision requirement.
  • At least 2-4 years relevant experience as a company secretarial is required for these position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
  • Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have initiative.
